financing. The company has over ten years of production experience and owns a production base covering an area of 50,000
square meters with ISO 9001 certification. Didu New Energy is an enterprise approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the recycling of electric vehicle lithium batteries and is the first company in Dongguan to obtain this
qualification.
In 2023, Didu New Energy reached a deep strategic cooperation with Beijing Changjiu. Beijing Changjiu Logistics Co., Ltd.
(603569) is the first third-party automotive logistics company to be listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Main Board. It is a
modern service enterprise providing comprehensive logistics solutions for the automotive industry. This cooperation mainly
completed the layout of forward logistics, battery recycling, and sales of recycled battery products, creating a closed-loop
